Cash Flow Solutions, Inc. (CFSI) and its signature service BounceBack^® were founded in 1998 by Di and Kasey Princell, a mother and son business team. After legislation that legitimized electronic check recovery, Di and Kasey recognized that an alternative to traditional check collections had just been born, forever changing the way checks would be collected.

Initially, they used another company's processing center and customer service department. Feedback from clients revealed that their check writers could never contact a customer service representative. It became apparent that the outsourcing company was making money on processing checks while saving money on customer service. Realizing that the partner company was operating under a completely different set of values, CFSI was at a crossroads: quit or create. They chose to create a company based on producing high collection ratios without destroying their clients' hard-earned reputations. CFSI thoughtfully carved out their values and beliefs in a Client Bill of Rights with their mentor and advisor, Dr. Marla Oberhausen.

Experience has proved that their high expectations for quality service are unique and not easily outsourced. As CFSI has grown, they have reinvested their revenues to develop complete in-house services that meet and exceed their clients' expectations for quality.
